Insect and plants

 This is the insect study page i did, i used a mix of medias like , fine liner, pencil ,Biro and coloured pencil, i think the Luna moth worked well as i used yellows to create light tones in the green making it more realistic.

This is a drawing of part of a thistle done in 2B pencil. we had to do a drawing of Karl blossfeldt's work whilst studying plants as he is known for his close up very detailed wildlife drawings.

 This is a drawing i did of a snake entwining with a crown, the snake took a lot of time and detail as i had to draw each scale individually. i think the crown lets it down as it doesn't look realistic anougth and the gems look rushed.

 This is a drawing i created for a client she wanted a picture of a spooky tree , i ended up doing a graveyard scene. i think it works well as the tree still sands out against the background i did. done in 2B

 This is a portrait drawing i did for client, he wanted his own portrait sat on a gym bench with a punching bag in the background. To do this i used a photo of him and pictures off google i used 2b pencil.

 This is a drawing i created for my friend, she asked me to draw her a fairy on a flower. My friend is a ballerina so thought it would be nice to incorporate that in my drawing. This is end result a fairy putting on her ballet shoes on a water Lilly.
